Shipping & Delivery

Kilcroney Furniture offer delivery to orders within the Republic of Ireland.

Standard delivery times are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4pm.

There is a standard charge of €50 for local delivery and €120 for any deliveries outside Dublin or Wicklow.

If you want a delivery to arrive at a specific time slot, please notify us in advance or at your time of order.

Returns are at the purchaser’s own expense and a refund will only be issued once the goods have been received and inspected.

Lead Times for Deliveries

We endeavour to deliver stock items within 5 working days locally, and to be advised for national delivery. Local deliveries are carried out by our in-house delivery team, while national deliveries are carried out by a 3rd party courier.

Non stock orders (from European manufacturers) are on an 8 week leadtime.

The estimated date that orders will be delivered is approximate at time of order and is not a fixed date. The date is quoted using all the information at our disposal, and sometimes due to situations beyond our control orders can become delayed. In such a case Kilcroney Furniture and associates will not be held liable. We will always endeavour to access customer orders through the most expedient means, communicate any potential delays and when order is in our warehouse, we then commit to a final delivery date that suits both parties.

Items out of stock

If you have ordered an item and it is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date at which time allowing you the option of continuing with your order.

Deliveries & Installations

All deliveries must to be signed for on receipt. Before signing for delivery, please inspect the goods to ensure the packaging and the product are in perfect condition and your property has not been damaged in any way during the delivery. Any defects must be reported on delivery to delivery driver. Further from this, any imperfections must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. If you do not comply with this, no responsibility can be taken for defects after this time.

Cancellation of Delivery

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation. Orders cancelled out side of this time frame will be shipped and cannot be cancelled.

PayPal, the vendor of our choice, provides insured encrypted transaction pages. You will note in your transaction period, you will be redirected to log into your PayPal account, which is an independent page. You will be redirected back to our website after your payment is complete.
